Terms and Conditions

Last updated 2026. These terms apply to all Haus of T services unless we have signed a separate agreement with you.

About these terms

These terms set out the basis on which Haus of T provides admin, systems and business operations support. By engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Where a proposal, service agreement or written scope conflicts with these terms, that document takes priority.

Services and scope

The specific services we provide will be set out in your proposal or service agreement, which may include invoicing and quote follow up, inbox and scheduling support, cash flow and debtor tracking, a business audit, job management system implementation and ongoing operational support.

Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as additional work and will be quoted before we start it.

We are not accountants, bookkeepers acting as your tax agent, lawyers or financial advisers. We do not provide tax, legal or financial advice, and you should seek that advice from a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

To do our job properly we need timely access to the information, records, software and approvals we ask for, and accurate information about your business.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, your legal and tax obligations, and for reviewing anything we prepare on your behalf where required.

Fees and payment

Fees, inclusions and the billing cycle are set out in your proposal. Ongoing services are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise.

Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause services where an invoice remains unpaid after reasonable notice.

Fees may be reviewed with at least 30 days written notice.

Term, pausing and cancellation

Ongoing services continue month to month unless a fixed term is agreed. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days written notice.

Where work has already been performed or a period has already been billed, those fees remain payable.

We may end an engagement immediately if there is abusive conduct, a request to act unlawfully, or a serious breach of these terms.

Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

You authorise us to access the software and accounts needed to deliver the services, using the access levels you grant.

Intellectual property

Templates, processes, checklists and systems we create remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use them within your business for as long as you need them.

Your business records and data remain yours at all times, and we will provide reasonable handover on request.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re performing the services or refunding the fees paid for the affected services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
