Haus of T provides admin, systems and operational support to Australian trade businesses. In this policy, we, us and our refer to Haus of T.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure, including password protected accounts, multi factor authentication where available and restricted access to client files.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, and then take reasonable steps to delete or de identify it.

You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time by emailing us.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, contact us first and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
