How do I know which option I need?
If you want admin off your plate, but only have minimal amount of admin ,choose essential.
If you want proactive and more in depth support, choose premium.
Is there a minimum commitment?
This is a monthly retainer. There will be a termination notice period. However, we can discuss this further in our discovery call, and all details are listed in our contract.
Do I need a systems setup first?
Not always, but this can be added to your retainer if we decide this is required.
Can I upgrade from essential to premium at a later date?
Yes, many will often start with essentials and move to premium as they grow, or require more hands on admin support.
