A focus reset for small business owners, who want to get paid.
This is a one-off service where I review your Invoicing and debtor list, identify what's slowing your payments down and take action to clean up what's overdue.
This isn't bookkeeping or accountant advice, it's pratical, hands on support to get money in your bank, and that overdue Invoice balance down.
This is ideal for any small business owner, who have less than $150K in overdue Invoices.
If you have outstanding Invoices, are sick of chasing money after hours and feel stressed week to week about cashflow, this is for you.
If you've done the work, and the money hasn't followed, this is your starting point.

Do you contact my clients directly?
Yes, this is done professionally and in line with your brand and tone. I find that being able to speak with
customers whether via email or telephone, this assists to get an update on payment dates, and as well as
a reminder to the customer that we haven't forgotten about their Invoice.
What if my invoicing system is messy?
This is common. I'll work with you to provide you with my recommendations, to improve it.
Is this bookkeeping, or do you provide advice around my books?
No at this stage, we do not provide bookkeeping services. I'm also not an accountant, so am unable to provide you with any accounting advice. My recommendations are purely on your Invoices being overdue, and this comes from my background of admin/accounts operations for the past 7 years.
What happens after the clean-up?
Many clients move into Online Business Manager Support, so things stay clean and don't slip back into old patterns.
